E’ previsto l’insegnamento di tutta la grammatica del syllabus B1: Present tenses, Future forms, Present perfect tenses, Past tenses, Past habits/states, Conditional tenses, Future time clauses, Comparative/superlative adjectives and adverbs, Articles: definite/indefinite/no article, Modal verbs of ability/possibility/permission, Modal verbs of obligation/necessity /prohibition/ recommendation/advice, Modal verbs of deduction, The passive, Reported speech, Gerunds and infinitives, Quantifiers, Relative clauses, Question tags, Phrasal verbs, -ing/-ed adjectives, Pronouns (subject/object /possessive-adjectives-pronouns/reflexive/reciprocal), Possessives/saxon genitive, Word order/position of adverbs. E le seguenti aree lessicali: Food/cooking/eating out, Describing people – appearance/personality, Money/shopping, Sport/hobbies, School/university/studying, Transport/travelling, Holidays/weekends, Families/relationships/friends, Films/books/entertainment, Work, Houses/where people live, Parts of the body, Clothes, Technology –computers/mobile phones, Famous people. Faremo esercitazioni nelle abilità di lettura e ascolto ed anche esercizi di conversazione in coppia per praticare la grammatica e il lessico. Gli studenti impareranno il metodo migliore per completare il cloze, la comprensione di lettura e la comprensione di ascolto. Si farà pratica per l’esame in classe e a casa.

Modalit� d'esame

Computerized Test (duration 45 minutes) 2 cloze tests (grammar and vocabulary gap-fill exercises) The student must be able to understand the context and vocabulary of a short B1 level text in order to identify the terms or grammatical typology of the terms that should be inserted in the deleted parts of the text. 2 reading exercises (Reading Comprehension) The student must demonstrate that he/she is able to understand short texts of practical content in order to extract information from them. He/she should also be able to demonstrate that he/she has understood the structure of the language, the way in which the writer presents himself/herself and the effect that the passages might have on the reader. 2 listening exercises (Listening Comprehension) The student must be able to understand and be able to perceive the salient points and understand conversations, demonstrating that he/she has grasped the attitude of the person who is speaking.
